Solved ID for friend please

    This is a photo from a flower arrangement. I know nothing further about it but the friend wants to know what the shrub is that has the white flowers on the left.
    They appear to be growing out of the small branch you can see top left.

    The plant bottom right appears to be Solomon's Seal

    I seem to recognise the open flowers but can't place them.

    They are, but, maybe going to an end? Or maybe, it's something else, if flowers are of a bigger size than bird cherry.
