Problem wth my Pear Tree

    I have a problem with my pear tree photos enclosed perhaps someone could tell me what the problem is and what I need to do.There are pears on the tree but not as many as I was expecting.

    What's actually happening, are the leaves rolling up.
    Are there any insects on the backs of the leaves.
