Whats your Weather Like July 2023

Summer's back again..
but no heatwave temps. forecast for the coming week ,

Despite the lower temps it's still very muggy.Thats the most uncomfortable bit ..the high humidity, even my hubs struggles. At the current time the temps in his home country/ city are in the mid 30s and + but the humidity is only 21%. Here today ours is 75% but was at 80% Ive been reading up on the dangers and difference between the levels....apparently it makes the world of difference. So perhaps its more important to go by humidity levels rather that temps at times. I know obviously we need temps and rain gauges for our crops etc but equally we need to be aware of humidity for our most vulnerable folks too....it so easy for the elderly to dehydrate.

 

The stated humidity drops as the temperature rises, so it starts out high in the morning but it gets lower as the temperature rises.
Admittedly getting us down to 20% isn't easy, but we could be if we were at 35c.

 

Light rain and a moderate breeze from the south south west temp 18c feels like 19c.

Sunny but quite breezy 22C.

 

On the plus side the breeze is wafting the fragrance from the Lillies all around the garden....a built in air freshener masking the chicken coops behind us.

 

Calm and 33c so not my scene at all!

It's been mostly cloudy today with occasional sunny periods. A warm day with no rain & a breeze from the SSW. 22C I think has been our max for today

 

Sunny this morning but the rest of the day has been cloudy with showers of rain. 20C/68F
