ID please

    Any idea what this shrub is ? it was given to us by a neighbour who has no idea what it is. we want to plant it in the ground but have no idea how big it will grow.

    It vaguely looks like some kind of Privet.(Ligustrum)

      So, if it get to big it should be ok to cut it back quite hard.

      Hang on, I'm just guessing, its certainly not the normal hedging type.
