                  Tricky as the leopard print welly is easier to see than the tool detail, is there a name anywhere on the tool, how sharp are the edges, what does the cross section of the blade look like?
                  More and better photos of the tool, the welly and the hand are irrelevant.
                  Although the hand, the welly and the state of the tool would indicate the holder doesn't use it.

                        I do seem to remember seeing pictures of peat being cut with something similar to the original picture.
                        I don't think that round bottom type would work very well .
                        Wouldn't produce nice square blocks.
