    Hello all,

just wondering if you could help me ID this?

    • Evergreen
    • Bushy
    • Close to ground (maybe because id trimmed it back hard last year)
    • Very fine/thin branchy/twiggy bits
    • Very small leaves
    • Little white flowers in clusters

It rather looks like a Lantana? A Verbena?

I want to say exchorda but it's far to early to flower. Reminds me of something else but it's not coming to mind.

Its come to me now Spirea Arguta , have you got any closer pictures of the leaves @Snorky85

It's one of the early Spireas :)
Possibly S. arguta Bridal Wreath. Early for mine yet - they'll be in flower in about 4 to 6 weeks, but it depends on location as to flowering time.

Good to see you too @Silver surfer :)
That's odd @Perki - my reply was quite a bit after yours, and your edit, but the edit didn't show. Is there a delay on those do you know?

Not normally a delay but the forum has been rather busy the last couple of days .

Ah yea! That looks like it! Quite pleased it’s that. It was hidden underneath a huge fuchsia and hardly grew last year (I didn’t even know it was there).

I love the white ones - hate the pink ones!
You can prune them too @Snorky85 if they get a bit too large - I've done it quite often, and they also move quite easily. I had to shift one last year, or the year before. I potted it up and then planted it later and it's fine. I always have at least one in any garden I've had

That’s good to know as it might now be in the right place where it is.

I'm sure it'll be fine if it has a bit of room. They're easy shrubs on the whole :)
