Hello a friend from another forum who is a member here (riverside) recommended this forum to me.

I like gardening and have always enjoyed growing my flowers, but I got an allotment June last year and we didn't have a very successful first year with what we planted. So hopefully I'll be able to pick some peoples brains on what we can plant on the allotment over winter.

About me then! I'm married(5 years) and Mum to 3 (9+6+5). We live in east anglia with our pets 1 dog 2 canaries and 2 fish tanks. We are hoping to get some ferrets next year and some chickens for the allotment in the future.

I've got big plans for the garden and allotmnet for next year with which I may ask for some assistance even though the basic plan is there!
