Would it be ok to plant out some pinks plugs now, or would it be better to over winter them somewhere?

    Hi Loofah
Pinks are quite hardy ,do you plan to put them in an exposed site if you are i would overwinter, but if its sheltered i would go ahead ,if we get any real cold in the next few weeks cover them with fleece, there seems a lot of ifs there but we all are ruled by the weather :plant:

Well to help in this discussion, heh,heh...I would pot them up and overwinter them in doors.... so...anyone else!!!!:p

To be honest though, loads of gardening rules went out of the widow this year didn't they, cause of the so called summer weather.

Loofah, I`d be inclined to pot them into 3" pots and plant them out in spring, when the soil warms up.:thumb:

Coolio, on 2-1 i shall pot up and over winter. Unless I get really impatient (which I'm prone to doing...) and will plant in shelter;)
