I doubt they have made much if any new roots yet.
Most do look alive to me, possibly one dead.
I think I'd do what @fairygirl suggested, carefully lift them and get some JI compost, if you can get lime free so much the better, mix in about 25% sharp grit and pot them singly in about 5in pots.
And fill the pots to an inch of the top to allow room for watering.

Will they need repotting after? As in can I put them on pots and place in planters?

    Will that work?

Not sure what you mean but the pots would be enough for this year, you could transfer them to planters next year, perhaps, if you want to.

I think you mean placing the pots into planters, but I may have got that wrong. If it's just because you want them all together in a certain area, that's fine.
You can certainly plant them back into the planters, but you'll just have to wait and see how they do. Many of them want to become quite large plants though, so ultimately - the planters won't necessarily be big enough. If you knew the varieties, you could check the approx. eventual dimensions and go from there.

Yeah I mean, put them back in pots and dig them into the planters, so they are out the way.

I've done it now, so are how they go. Hopefully they will grow and be fine
