So having an handicap is allowance for stupidity which could result in injury to himself or others ? I am pretty sure, that had he asked, the people from where he purchased item would have helped/delivered.

 

As I said no one knows "The true story of why he is doing this" . Just making assumptions on a single picture.
And I also said maybe he could not afford the delivery cost.

And, Martin, if your "pretty sure" that he did ask for assistance where he bought the item. Can you give me a "pretty sure" lottery number so I can play it.

 

It does help if you actually read what I said and not what you think I said.

I did not say, as you seem to assume, that he did ask, but feel free to just change what people say to suit your arguement. :dh:

 

The bloke is an idiot no doubt.

But I'm sure if he had asked for delivery they would have charged extra.

If he had fixed it lengthwise I'm pretty sure it would have been a lot safer.

I wouldn't mind betting he borrowed the scooter just to get it home.:wink:
