I soon intend to seed a new lawn, dimensions are about 20 x 30 feet.

I have relatively low water pressure so the spread of my old Hozelock oscillating sprinkler is lousy, covering maybe 10 feet square at best.

Can anyone please recommend a sprinkler which has a good spread with low water pressure?

From doing some reading there's one called the Hoselink (another oscillating sprinkler bar) but I can't find it in the UK.

I don't, but many years ago I had an auto-stop connection on my hose so that if I removed the spray gun, no water would come out of the hose and I could swap attachments without getting soaked.
I also found that my sprinkler wasn't covering much area and the spray from the gun was quite weak too.
I replaced the auto-stop connector with an ordinary connector and my sprinkler sprinkled about twice the distance and the spray gun is way more effective, even if I did get wet changing the attachments.
Of course if you don't have one of these connectors anywhere on your hose then the above is irrelevant.
But I hope you find an answer :)

It may be worth checking that the main stop cock is fully open, rather than just turned on. Do other taps flow at full pressure ?
If the outside tap is connected via service valve, is it fully open?
Also check that your outside tap is connected to the main directly rather than from a cold water tank.
Many houses have only mains feed to the kitchen and one water closet.
Other possibilities to consider might be a kink in the hose, especially if on a hosereel, and, worse case, the possibility of the main supply having a leaking pipe.

The low pressure is due to my location, I live up a hill you see. The pressure isn't great but it's good enough for normal use, however it's not good enough for your average lawn sprinkler.

          OK I understand now.
Really it comes down to physics. The fewer holes there are and the smaller those Those holes are, the farther the water will travel, but it will be less water, so you'd need to sprinkle for longer.

To get better pressure at the business end have a look at Impact Sprinklers which may well be about as good as you'll get
