I have two almost identical plants in my garden which I don't have a name for. They are tall fast growing shrubs with hollow, green, bamboo like stems and large leaves. The flowers look somewhat like chandeliers of predominantly deep red, with white flowers at their base. Can anyone identify them for me please?

    Regards
    Dave
