Two years today

Hard to believe it but it's two years today since I gave up the weedd-yy...and now for a fix ,every day I exercise :mswhl:for thirty minutes on a X-trainer.
And if I do get a whiff of baccy smoke I'm almost ill:euw:

The two years have whizzed by and as mentioned ,there have been times when events could have turned a person to take up smoking,but never once was I tempted to light up !...You see, after seeing my loved ones emotions when I was 'a bit off colour' because of smoking, I never want to see them go through pain that I had caused ever again. You don't hurt the ones that love you
