From my S4 (eventually charged ) . Not a problem accessing site and changing posts / threads. Something else involved , ISP , settings?

Just a thought on the blue or green screen. Depending on which template you use for the site, you'll get a blue (gardenerscorner2013) or green (gardenerscorner2015) background while the thread loads. It's more obvious when site access is slow

I've just been using my phone in the garden and the pages were loading very slowly and I was getting the green screen.

Back indoors with the WiFi and it's working OK, just wondering if that has any bearing on the matter.

Thing is, if it was the site, then it would be like that for everyone. For me and others it's fine, so what is really needed is to know what device , operating system (OS) people having the problem are using. I'm currently using a note book with Windows 10 (OS) connected to EE over wifi. Normally I would connect this way apart from the ISP would not be EE it would be a much faster Virgin connection (I'm away from home). @pete problem with what I guess is a mobile, again I'm assuming is using mobile data, carrier for this might be relevant. I tried my mobile on it the other day GiffGaff (O2) and again it was fine.

I just wondered if some people's wifi worked off of a mobile signal, depending on where you live.
Not something I know much about, its just the first time it has happened to me and other sites were faster.

That's most likely the difference between using your home WiFi compared to your phone network 4g signal. I find my 4g signal varies from ok to terrible depending on location.

Interesting bit of information. Perhaps I don't see the problem because of speed. Currently on kids EE internet at 60.16 Mbps and over 16 uploading. Normally at home I've 350+, so it might just be I don't see any blip on the site?

I've got 28.6 and 21 upload, but the site isn't slow, of course I haven't got anything else using it.
