Best pesticide/method of removing bugs from my Croton?

    Different 'bugs' need different treatment, scale, red spider or mealy bug.

    Or you could just use a general insecticide, but always good to know your enemy.:biggrin:

      Thanks, but I'm afraid I don't know. It's actually my daughters, who called me to ask.

      Agreed better to know the enemy, but think will stick to general insecticide unless I get a better idea when visiting tomorrow.

          Thank you for above, looks very interesting. Not much to report after visiting, small black flies about the best I can say, but we'll study above.

            Sounds like fugus gnats that live on the compost.
            Often due to overwatering.

              Better late...

              We've sprayed it, cleaned it, moved it, so far so good.
