Whats Your Weather Like 2025

Good morning all, and thanks to @wiseowl for opening the new thread.

Wind strength increased after 8 yesterday evening but it was by no means as strong as announced and it's still not that gusty. There was also no rain as forecast which is good.
There should be a band of rain crossing us between 9 AM and 3 PM, but since the forecast hasn't materialised since yesterday evening, we might come away with it.
Currently it's warm with 11c but the temperature will drop over the day to 6c.

Heavy rain and a fresh breeze is our lot today. Top temp 9c, tomorrow will be sunny. Will believe it when I see it ....

 

11c very windy we don't even have a warning for wind but it seem's just as bad as when we had a red warning we have a warning for rain but the rain isn't to bad as of yet

Good morning all weather watchers, and a Happy New Year to you all.

It's a damp start here, but the rain's off for now, and the wind's dropped to a more normal level. O'night low was 5 degrees [5 just now at approx. 7.55am] but that's also the high for today as it's to drop steadily, getting to around 1 degree at times, before getting lower overnight. It's to eb a mix of everything - rain/sleet/snow and increasing winds.

Yesterday it was only dry for about an hour, and was wet and windy the rest of the time. Fortunately only wet for about half of my walk as I timed that quite well. Glad I opted for the waterproof trousers though! The high was 9 degrees but with the wind affecting that.

 

Way down here we have a blue sky and sunshine to start this year but a fresh breeze and only 5c going to mid teens. We may have a wet weekend coming up .

Wishing all the weather reporters here a healthy and peaceful 2025 ... and a beautiful garden to bring joy and pleasure.

12°C, windy after being very windy overnight, as the wind drops the rain increases and goes on into tonight, as the day goes on it gets cooler.

Mild and raining this morning. The high winds seem to have subsided.
Tomorrow will be a contrast as cold, dry and clear.

 

Happy New Year. Another cold start, a very heavy frost again. Weather due to change tomorrow with rain coming in from the West.

 

Quite windy overnight, and wet - 17mm in the gauge this morning. Now the wind has dropped and it's just mizzly and still. Fairly mild for January, 7.5C at 11:15am.
