    Can anyone help?
    I dropped my mobile yesterday and since then I have lost half of my wallpaper pictures and some ring tones. Will restore factory setting take me back to all the settings I had when I first bought it ie all the original settings??:cnfs:

    Bit late now, but yes - you will lose all your wallpapers and ring tones if you do a restore to factory settings.

    ive reloaded all the software and its still the same, then I tried to download themes, ringtones and pics off their website and me phone wont connect to the blummin internet :(
    Take heed never try to bounce ya mobile off a concrete patio :)

    Nut, I did this a couple of months ago and had the same problem, only to discover my memory card had came out of the slot, i just clicked it back in an all was ok, fingers crossed it's the same :(

    Aye - you could take out the sim card and carefully clean the contacts - use a lint free cloth (like those used to clean specs) then put it back in. It probably won't make any difference, but worth a try.

    Thanks all I have tried ALL of the above to no avail :(
    Anyone know any good sites for ringtones wallpaper etc?

    Is the phone less than a year old? Some people might be inclined to take it back to the shop and say it just went like that (unless of course it is physically smashed).

    Only got it in May.. thankfully theres not a mark on it.... now could I be so dishonest?? :)
