Whats Your Weather Like 2025

Rain this morning, 2mm or so in the gauge since Monday. I was away Monday afternoon until yesterday evening so it never got checked yesterday.

 

Good morning all ,a cold start feels like -1c ,cloud and rain with a slow high to 7c.

 

It was clear when I arrived home last night and I could see Venus. Jupiter and Mars. Neptune and Uranus aren't naked-eye visible here (maybe not at all but definitely not with the light pollution we have here). Mercury and Saturn would have already set, and in any case probably hidden in the glow of the setting sun. I've only seen Mercury with my own eyes once, and on that occasion I was deliberately looking for it. You really need to pick a time when it's at its furthest from the sun, as viewed from Earth (or a transit but you'd need the right kind of solar filter for that - never look right at the sun, folks)

 

I did see a few planets and stars last night. I tried to match to a star map but a few clouds kept obscuring. It should be clear the next few nights so I’ll try again.

It's sunny intervals here; intervals with light rain.

Hard frost overnight, but is now 5 degrees with barely a breath of wind, cloudy now, but we had a nice beach walk this morning.

 

It is still fairly mild. 24f -4c and the sun is lovely. It is very nice to be no longer driving to school in the dark. Come on spring!

 

Hail

 

Looks like a lovely parkland.

Sunny with scattered cloud so had a nice light lunch out with friends. It has been 19c for the past few hours.

 

We’ve just had hail too! Unexpected. Did a few hours scraping and sweeping the drive in the sun prior.

 

The main rain finally stopped about an hour ago.
only been around 7c all day.

Looks like heavy showers on the way, its like a swamp out there, puddles in the grass/lawn.

 

After a lovely, sunny morning we have had a freezing cold and wet afternoon.

 

And probably a hosepipe ban later on
