Hi Dan and welcome to GC.

Any open flowers are good for the bees and any other insects.
Lavender, cosmos, calendula, poppies, verbascum, verbena bonariences and lots more.

This time of the year the pollinators love the primroses and pulmonaria. Anemone blandas open fully in the sun and the bees and butterflies get their fuel. Ground ivy is another as also is the climbing ivy. This is not liked by many gardeners but it is food for pollinators early in the season and then the birds have the berries in the winter. As @Logan has also suggested open flowers are the best.
Happy gardening and watching the pollinators.

Don't forget the dandelions - very important for early pollinators. My garden is smothered in lesser celandine at the moment which the hoverflies like.

Hoverflies seem to be particularly attracted to yellow/orange. I once put up a bird feeder with an orange base and saw multiple hoverflies approach it and leave disappointed!

It's a good idea to leave out a source of water for them too, we've not had a lot of rain in my area lately. You need something shallow for them to drink safely.
