    Hey Guys & Gals,

We got the lean months coming up now, bit difficult to chat about things that have gone dormant.

The other side of the planet is just coming into spring.

A few years back on Anglers Net forums, we decided to have a few holidays by registering on far away fishing forums en mass & just started chatting with the locals.

This mostly went down very well with both forums coliding, although one carp fishing forum made a sub forum to put "The invaders" in.

If this grabs any of you, i'll find a suitable holiday destination & we can start to pack the sunblock & trowels.

Can't do it tonight, as off 2 bed in a bit, but let us know what you think of the idea.

Its best done if we can agree a time to "book in" Say 7' o'clock on a thursday or something like that, so we all arrive at once.:D

ooh, interesing idea! I might be ready for a fantasy gardening session now and then on an evening...(I will still be outside during the working week in all weather making new gardens, digging, winter pruning, etc., etc., ...)

For a moment there I got all excited. I though you were going to jet us all off somewhere nice. Virtual holidays don't do it for me.

oooh yes please, somewhere hot hot HOT :gnthb:
Its been years since I've had a proper, grown up, abroad holiday :)
although we do have some members in distant parts... perhaps we can all descend on Victoria in Portugal or Penny in Canada (not sure either of those will be very hot though!)

Well, it will be hot where I'm going. I shall be travelling to some rather obscure places, as usual :thumb:. Anyone for Devil's Island?

I will try, Sundays are always hectic as I usually do an evening roast, then kids baths etc and there is the usual panic of forgotten homework! But I will do my best :)

I hope it goes well for you :thumb: but I will have to pass :). This is not because of the timing but I am much too busy.

If I'm trawling round on the internet at that time I might pop over.

Usually walking off the roast via the pub at that time on Sundays, though.

They'll probably all be chatting about what to do with their grape gluts and stuff - depressing as I watch the last of my tomatos struggle to ripen in the drizzle and gloom!
