    Hi everyone, just to let you know I'm back after attending my s-il's funeral down south. Couldn't get access to the net down there & blimey, did I miss you all:thumb:

    So you'll be seeing me around again now. Don't know if I'll ever be able to catch up with 10 days posts but will try:D

    Thanks all. The funeral was sad, obviously, but the whole day good. I'm sure most of you know what I mean.

    Sure do. I lost my father and father-in-law in the same week...

    That must have been hard for you all capney. My sil was only 55 and we hadn't always seen eye to eye, (we knew each other for 40 years!) but no way did I want this to happen and we'd actually became more like friends as we got older, as you do with your parents, children etc I think.

    It's flipping horrible to lose people isn't it, and to see their families trying to cope - her mum is still alive at aged 83 and this was the second child she has lost. I will definately keep in touch with her now, bless her. Her youngest son is like me - the black sheep although he was worse than me, but we had a good a reminiss together cos we're the same age so although it was a horrible reason it was lovely to see everyone again and even make some new friends.

    I hope you, too, got some sort of comfort out of it.

    I'm more determined than ever now to enjoy whatever I have, and unfortunately for you lot, that means coming on here as much as possible:D So watch out:eek:
