Why the hell does it not show all the posts like the other forums...I really would like an answer Daisees.

In the meantime....just installed...well plugged it in and it works a D Link powered USB 7 port hub. Tis on my desk as opposed to behind the flamin puter.

Brilliant...everyone should have one...instead of scrabbling around on all fours to plug in peripherals when you get them...this little gadget is right there.

As my puter only has 4 rear usb sockets and two at the front...which one of the lads has ******ed up. When downloading photo's from my camera, it was a pain in the rear....now I just pop the usb card reader straight in from the top of my desk and Bob's your uncle...well worth investing in one.

Along with that, I also have a plantronics hub on the top of my desk...this enables me to plug cans (headphones) and any tape inputs etc in without crawling around on the floor...it has a switching unit from speakers to cans and is worth its weight in gold, only cost £9 as well.

These devices are great for the less mobile of us.

I think another one of my best buys was an optical keyboard and mouse. No more stuck in front of the monitor...You can sit comfortably on your bed or chair....and as long as you can read your screen....your not tied down to an uncomfy puter chair. They cost no more than your average keyboard and mouse these days.:thumb:

Not Daisee... but, go to the bottomof the forum page and change the "period" setting, you know last day,last month, etc
