Well I'm sort of preparing my tea..having taken a spring lamb chop out of the freezer to thaw. Could thaw it in the micro wave, but that does tend to bunch up the meat fibres.

Think I shall have broccoli with it and boiled spud with butter on. Gonna do the lamb chop under the grill in Virgin Olive oil, fresh rosemary and fresh mint, few mushrooms and shop bought toms. Might put a bit of fresh pa.rsely into the mix towards the end, or just sprinkle it on.:thumb:

Whilst I am waiting for that to happen....need to sort out some house insurance, bank account..pay some bills.

    Ho hum, dead exciting eh!!

What's happening now....well, shortly I am hitting my pit. My tea was lovely.

I have just been watchin Barack Obama's speech with Big Red on the tele in the POP INN. I was quite impressed but she did admit, she supports the other party...no probs there of course, but I think John McCain is not the right man for the job. He would just be another Bush and we know about him over this side of the pond don't we.

Got another lot of visitors arrived tonight...but the bad news is, they have brought a 3 and 7 year old with them....Wally will not be best pleased....I wonder how long it will be tomorrow before he bites one of them as they started teasing him tonight and he is not used to that...bad memories I think from his two years before we got him. I have told the little barstewards, but their mother won't control them and they have no respect, so...not much I can do apart from attempting to keep Wally away from them.....great yea...as in NO.

I just really don't understand people who won't listen to your advice, especially where dogs are concerned. He isn't used to children but is good with them....up to a point. Hope it doesn't end in tears, cause it won't be his fault and no way will I blame him.

    Ok Rant over...nite folks.:thumb:
