I dropped a pea pod a week or so ago somewhere in the veg patch (it was quite an old looking one, I looked for it but couldn't find where I'd dropped it) - I've found it as it's started to sprit. So question is - is it worth me growing them or throwing them? They're Kelvdon Wonder (sp?) I've got about 6 or so tiny plants, they're not in the right place so I'd have to move them anyway.

Are you sure its peas that are growing? I've never experienced self sown peas growing out the pods so quick.

If so then yes, theres time yet to get another crop before the winter - I've just sown the same variety and think it should do OK.

the whole peas are out of the pod behind (that brown fuzzy thing)

Sorry about the pic quality but trying to get to them was difficult and for once the sun was out making it almost impossible to see what I was doing, lol.
