:D:D:DHello, and thanks to all those who advised me about the CPL.

We picked up Poppy last night from one of the CPL foster homes and settled her in to her bedroom. Each of the kids came in one at a time for about 15mins each to say hello. She was fed a little bit and then we allowed the cats to see each other.

It wasnt actually too bad. Toni growled and hissed, looked at me in complete disgust and walked out into the sitting room where she drew her line. The kitten showed total disregard for her personal space and followed her and immediately ran to her. Mortified Toni hissed and gave her a slap. The kitten backed down and then just lay down and went to sleep in the doorway thus trapping Toni in the room. Poppy is staying in her room by her own choice as I have left the door open. Toni just keeps popping her head round to watch her but no hissing or anything-she is intensely interested today. I reckon just a couple of days and they will both be playing with each other. Toni is quite playful so she won`t be able to resist and Poppy just is not afraid of her at all-just respectful.

So this is my new little girl.

and this is her stalking Toni-she WILL play with me she is thinking

Hello Poppy, you are a little darling. Don't worry, Toni just needs a few days to get used to you and then she will love you too.

Hugs and kisses from me too xx

Poppy says hello, and thankyou for being so nice.

A little naughty streak has shown itself today, -she hissed at Toni! LOLLOLLOL. It was so funny-this little ragamuffin having the audacity to give some attitude to a cat three times her size. Another disugusted look and off Toni went outside.

They are definitely gonna be great friends.

Thankyou so much for those words Kandy, little words-big meaning. Can I be a monkey and ask you to post a pic of your Poppy?
