Cauliflowers!!!

:O:O:O i can see my first cauliflowers flower heads!! they are the size and a half of a fist!! When are they ready to eat??? thanks

 

:thumb:Hello VaFM, i`m surmising they`re summer variety?You can eat them now.It`s better to pick when still fairly small so as they`re not all maturing at the same time.You know you`ll have waited too long if the florets are seperating.I suppose it depends on how many your feeding.:thumb:
