help about pansys

hi, i wonder if anyone can give a bit of advice..i would like to plant some pots /hanging basket for interest in the next few months..i love pansys and the silver trailing Helichrysum - Silver..i am new to gardening and have not got a clue about anything....i would like to know if i can grow pansys and the helichrysum now for flowering in the next few months..also will they go together and should i add other plants as well...i notice that some pansy are advertised as winter pansys,does that mean that the others won,t flower over autumm/winter...i especially like the green envy pansy....thanks
