    Hi all,

    Could someone tell me what species is this flower:

    Also some flowers in my garden are struggling see below (exotic impatiens and a lupin):

    Is it too much water not enough water, poor soil?
    any help would be appreciated.

    1 Foxglove.
    2 Azalea....not sure really, bad pic for me here:confused:..Begonia?

    3 Lupin...under attack from slugs:eek:....get a trap,quick!

    And if that Heron is real...wring it's neck:D

    Number 1, are Foxgloves.
    2, New Guinea Impatiens looking a bit sorry for themselves, probably weather conditions, give them a feed and they should pick up.
    3, Lupins which are suffering from slug damage and Botrytis ( grey mould ). Treat with a fungicide and scatter some slug pellets.:thumb:

    The pink one is New Guinea buzzy lizzys,something tells me you know that.............Why buy summer bedding without knowing what your putting in the garden:eek::eek::eek:

    Slinky, if you look again, GL actually says they are Impatiens.:rolleyes::D

    thanks for the replies.
    i'm worried about the effect slug pellets may have on birds that visit our garden.

    Another question, when can i prune a clematis and a winter flowering jasmine?
