Our cucumber plants have small cucumbers on, should we start feeding them?? also the toms + pepers have flowers but have not yet set should these be fed now?? And one last one, we have a hanging basket variety of toms called Hundreds + Thousands, they give small toms, do these need to be side shooted or should I let them grow bushy as they need to drape over the basket??

    Many Thanks

As a rule of thumb start feeding when the fruits appear, so start feeding you cucs now but not the toms & peppers.

I would guess that Hundreds + Thousands is a bush type tom (which doesn't need sideshooting) but have never grown it myself so could be wrong.

Perfect advise John, and can confirm Hundreds & Thousands does not need sideshooting.
