Hello from darkest Surrey

    Well its absolutely tipping it down this morning.

    I've been leisure gardening for over 30 years now and had a greenhouse for nearly as long, that's followed us on each house move. Now got a second greenhouse and just re-vamped my veg patch.

    One or two of my work colleagues have allotments and more people at work are showing an interest, so we discuss growing stuff and sharing seedlings etc. I've always done things in the same way, but talking to them I might not have been doing it right over all these years, its never too late to learn so hopefully I can pick up some tips from your good-selves as well.

    Welcome to Gardeners Corner John,what with having 2 greenhouses and 30years of gardening I should imagine that you will be able to help people on this forum,and hopefully give tips as well,we are all here to help eachother.And also John the last time that I went to Surrey it wasnt that dark.
