I did a search and I understand the relationship between the ants and black fly , but I only see ants, so are they just hanging out, like, speculatively waiting for some Black fly?

I have blasted with fairy liquid and water spray, I realise the tops can be removed , but I dont see black fly, only ants.

    Should I do anything else?

Thanks in advance for reading .

    :) Steve.
