Where has this come from?

is there a time of year to do this or is it anytime will do? thanks

 

anytime will do, they are a bulb( don't think anyones mentioned that bit!). I can't kill 'em however much I try, they keep popping back up all over the blooming place!

 

I bought my daughter one of these in a pot and was thinking of putting them in my garden after she has finished with it.
I like them but having read the postings above I now know that I will have to keep it under control. Thanks.
