Hello All,

I am a bumbling amateur at gardening. My long and narrow garden is generally laid to lawn with a 30 foot boring 70's flower border against the fence and 5 decent sized raised beds full of fruit and vegetables in various states of success and distress. Watered by my budget but very successful rain harvesting (1300 litres) setup.

I've registered here for a particular reason as I want to accurately identify a plant which my father in law has in his front garden. I'll post this in a seperate sensibly placed topic.
