    Any advice about Tomato failure.
The plants have developed some kind of fungas decease the last 2 seasons despite washing the greenhouse with Jeyes fluid each winter, The fungas which is a grey colour adheres to the stems & affects some of the fruits.

Hi dave i have grown tomatoes for years, and have allways put african marrigolds in the greenhouse, This will keep white fly, and other pests which cause decease.

    Hi Jean.
Thanks for your suggestion, a new one to me, I shall give this a try, this is quite a coincidence as I have some spare marigolds left which I have no spare room in the garden for.
    Cheers. DAVE

    Hello Dave

This sounds like Grey mould, ventilation may be your problem, along with planting the plants too close.

I used to suffer with it when I had a small greenhouse, but since I got a larger one, no problems (so far).
