    Oh Lydia, There Beautifull, I love the Red Passion flower, and the Datura, Wisteria, The black rose is Amazing, You have a Fab Garden...more pics would be good :)

    Lovely photographs, Lidia.

    I particularly like the Wisteria and have some going from seed so have a long way to go till it looks like yours.. It is also blooming beautifully here at the moment.

    Your black rose looks like it's made of velvet.

    The names are the same in English as we use the Latin names often ... except for Alisso and we call it Alyssum.

    Thanks Lady of Laisure, so I'll use latin terms....
    I'm searching to grow a wisteria fron seed but they told me that it need 8-10 years to make flowers....

    And do you grow vegetables, and if so what sorts ?

    Hi, Makka-Bakka, I live in Agrigento, in the south of Sicily. I prefer to grow flowers, but my father grows tomato, aubergine,pepper, cauliflower, beans and we have 2500 trees of grapes in 12000 yard of country.

    Infact in summer I have problems because here it's too hot!

    Thanks for the explication of the term :D, it's a pleasure for me to answer to all your questions!

    I'm waiting that the Andrè le Notre rose will bloom and I'll show you it too, it's the first time that I'll see it and I'm really couriouse!
    Yes I grow brugmasias and daturas too
