but the problem is that I don't have a garden.....the flowers that you can see are in the balcony, instead the other plants are in my country, but normally I give mine principal attentions at those of balcony!

 

I really like the Westeria I can just imagine the lovely smell coming from it!!

Would it grow in the UK ZONE 8B?? :D Does it take long before it grows to a decent/estabilished size and when would it be the best time to plant?

I think that it can live in your zone, but it's important to buy an old plant because it need 8-10 years from the seed to make the first flower!

So buy always plants with flowers so you are sure!

 

Yeah, here there are a lots of flowers and all with beautiful colors....
