Oh come now. She didn't hurt anyone. She didn't even cause much harm to the animal, luckily.

There are people who chase animals on horses and torture them for fun who get far less aimed at them than this woman. There are far, FAR more 'vile' people in this world.

    Perspective, people!

That cat was bound for the crusher, she is dangerous, and should not be allowed out on her own without supervision.
    Who is next???

She is a nasty, selfish, cruel woman, who deserves everything the courts throw at her, BUT, she does not deserve the death threats.

This is 'Soft on Crime Britain' so if it went to court she would just get a slapped wrist.

As is most things these days the papers will get as much mileage as possible out of them.
But I'm sure its been proved somewhere that people that do nasty things to animals eventually end up doing the same, or similar to people.
Its just not believable that anyone could do that without knowing the consequences, and if she truly did not know what she was doing, she needs to be carefully watched.

As we used to say, "she has a screw lose there somewhere".:)

    Exactly.

I find mob rule terrifying, regardless what this woman has done. Even more scary that it is fuelled by the gutter press, just so they can sell more papers...and the 'mob' happily follow, unaware, waving their pitchforks.

    Well said Aaron.

It's bad enough when it's a mob baying after someone who is genuinely vile - a murderer or someone.

But for this.... let's calm down, eh people?

Oh and do NOT buy or even read the gutter press like the Daily Mail, The Sun etc. Ever.

Oh I read the Daily Wail online. It's always good to find out what the enemy are being told to think and do.

What seems to have been over-looked is that the guy only installed the cameras as his car was being continually vandalised.
I wouldn't want to live in a neighbourhood like that.

The times I've left my car unlocked on our drive over-night, with my golf clubs which are always in the boot.....
I do feel sorry for the cat which was in the bin for fifteen hours, it's a wonder it wasn't "cooked." I'm not fond of cats but I wouldn't wish that on one.

    Ja, mein Fuhrer. :hehe:

I can't quite bring myself to defend the Mail - but The Sun? Certainly. Building site workers are unlikely to plough their way through the heavies over a cup of tea (although we once had a plasterer who read the FT every morning), but they will have a quick glance at The Sun, if only to peek at the luvverly laaadies. I think it's good that we still have a relatively wide newspaper readership in the UK. And where would we be without such timeless classics as 'Freddie Starr Ate My Hamster'?

It was once my job to read, or at least glance, at absolutely everything from the Morning Star to the Daily Sport. I don't think reading tons of tabloids made me any more addled or corrupted than anyone else. A diet which consists only of heavy stuff soon makes you very constipated indeed. I recommend a regular dose of trash reading.

:hehe::hehe: I agree with you Clare. If I didn~t go to the doctor, dentist, hairdresser, etc, every now and then and get to read the boulevard magazines, I wouldn~t know what the rich and famous were up to.

Back to that awful woman. No, I don~t believe in killing her, but she can stuff her lame excuses (her mother can as well) and I hope she will be made to remember what she did for the rest of her life. She is through and through rotten and sick in the head.

 I have no sympathy for her, but death threats are a step too far... Sadly maybe she should have thought about the fact she might not "get away with it" before she did it... These days if it isn't big brother looking at you it is some private individual watching their own property........! A very sad stupid lady who perhaps does need some help adjusting to reality me thinks.........

What she did is no more cruel than, say, battery farmed chicken... I wonder how many of the mob* have thought about their own behaviour towards animals...?

(*not necessarily referring to anyone here - I mean those facebook groups and people commenting on gutter press websites etc wishing all manner of hell on the woman)
