Help! How do i deal with yellow stripes on my lawn caused by uneven distribution of lawn sand?

 

Not much to be done for the moment. Had it been dry I would have recommended watering it well, but I doubt that is a necessary given the recent weather. Wait a few weeks and you'll probably find a lot of it has recovered. If not then you'll have to do some re-seeding.
