    Morning all!

My hopes of a sunny afternoon did not last long yesterday as no sooner
had the sun appeared then it quickly vanished again so a very grey sky again :(

But... hoping for a bit of sun today - [IMG]

Just had a very short shower here. The sun is trying very hard to get through the clouds
    - so again, keeping fingers crossed.

 I live in Durham in the north east of England, it must be geographicly the worst area in England to live weather wise especially if you are a keen gardener like myself. yesterday and today it's been grey, foggy, and damn cold with a cold wind to make it even worse. I checked the long range weather forecast and it's going to be the same for the next few days and the rest of April is going to be not much better and even May is staying cool. I'm retired and work in my gardens all the time weather permitting and when I can't I become like a caged tiger (so my wife says) I must admit, it does really get me down this lousy northern weather, if I won the lottery I would definately by a house in Tenerife or Maderia. Sorry, I just had to get all my frustrations off my chest. Dicker.

Morning all, very mild this morning but still blowing somewhat, bit of a gale last night quite a few things blown over in the garden, they never mentioned strong winds on the weather forecast but then again if it's not happening around london it doesn't get mentioned on the national weather, have a good day everybody and take care.:thumb:
