Some great views so far! Very exotic MF
Lyn, Ive seen and admired loads of 'city' view photos - and Birmingham is a great city

 

I think I have got a bit mixed up with the
'Local view'.
I understood it to be a view from where you live.
Your area within walking distance.
Although I do live in Birmingham I don't live anywhere near the city.

I think there is local and there is LOCAL.

looks like theres some confusion over, my local view, I guess we can all see it differently, I should of made it a bit more clear, its ok iff you take a pic a few miles away from your home or in marleys case she was on holiday it was still her local view, taken this month.
I didnt mean it had to be right outside your front door, hope this clears up any misunderstanding, sorry about that.

 

Personally Marley, and its just my opinion, your stretching it just a wee bit :D

 

depending on what decembers going to be, I could be in the same situation as i will be in goa for 7 weeks and assuming i can i will take every effort to put my pics in comp when i am away, is it the same or no :D :eek: :confused:

Surely LOCAL means the area in which you live, but if you only visit an area it cannot be your local area.
Otherwise it makes a joke of actually having a theme in the first place.

 

yes but pete iff your away for most of the competition, I guess local is were you are at that particular time, I could be at my daughters in scotland or in goa like i will be all december and january, I did make it your local view and underneath it should of been stated were you are at the time, ohhh sorry i have really confused things.is it too late to state this underneath

hi pete, I,m quite happy the way it is and lets be honest its nice to get different pictures whether it be home or away, werever you are at the time of the comp

 

marley as far as i,m concerned its fine, we should of stated underneath werever you are at the time.
I am going to be in goa for 2 comps and i may iff i can put pics up from there.
Sure it all sorted now with everyone

 

Linda you should put some pics up of your Pshycotic Ducks :D thats a view and a half
