Thank you Dave I have learnt so much from everyone in the Comps not just in Photography but in trying different subjects which I wouldn't have even seen on my walks a few months ago [IMG]

Isn't it just amazing how an interest in photography makes you look and really 'see' the world around you. You've really developed an eye now WOO, and going by your submissions over the last two or three months you're going to be pretty stiff competition

    Same here.
I have never been to our park so much.
Infact I have been there more in the past 3 months than I have in the 25 years we have lived in the area.
I see things now that I have never looked at before.
Even our local pub , it'a a lovely building and I have never really noticed before.
So with a lot of help and practice I too will be able to take some nice photos.
There are some lovely ideas on all the competitions and gallery I do look and learn from them.
Although I am still having trouble with the close ups.
It's a bit hit and miss.
I'm still getting to grips with this new camera.
Thank you to everyone helping me with this new hobby.
