    Hello again

So sorry to bombard you all with simple questions but it is just so nice to have somewhere as helpful as this site to find answers to my questions.

I successfully grew my own sweetpeas from seed this year, i have had lots and lots of lovely flowers from my crop. However I have been a bit lapse the last couple of weeks and they are coming to an end now. The pea pods left behind after the flowers have got rather large and are full of peas. Can the peas be planted as seeds next year or do I need to dry them out?

I am just a bit confused as different relatives have given me different answers!

When i planted the seeds orginally, they were small round black seeds, however having opened up a pea pod i have a large green pea!!

As they dry they darken, it is too soon to plant them out yet so collect them and keep them somewhere dry and sow at the beginning of April next year.

    And.......ask away.
