I have an old fashioned attitude towards the spelling...

[/QB]
I also have an old attitude to correct spelling.(or near as dam it it my case)(sorry i do my best to spell as best as i can, but when your 6'3 tall and have hands like shovels, one catches the odd key now and then . proff reading every post gets boaring.

there is an old saying that the pen is mightier than the sword.
personaly i think that saying is wrong.
the spade is mighter than the sword.

If proof reading gets boring you can always use your spell checker.

You can use it on this:-

Eye halve a spelling chequer
It came with my pea sea
It plainly marques four my revue
Miss steaks eye kin knot sea.

Eye strike a quay and type a word
And weight four it two say
Weather eye am wrong oar write
It chose me strait a weigh.

As soon as a mist ache is maid
It nose bee fore two long
And eye kin put the error rite
Its rare lea ever wrong.

Eye have run this poem threw it
I am shore your pleased two no
Its letter perfect awl the weigh
My chequer tolled me sew.

Mon chequer p©age me coudre.

But try and translate back into English and Google translator can't make head nor tale of it.
Just to amuse myself I somtimes take peoples posts and use Google to translate them into a foreign language, then translate back into English. Some of the results can be quite funny.
Anyone fancy having a go and posting the result?

Eye to reduce half the orthography of a word Chequer It came with my peas from sea It obviously Trademarks four my review Miss steaks eye n?ud relative sea. Eye burdens a quay and to type a word And the weight of two four-statement M©t©o?il misleads oar to me to write It chose me a strait to weigh. As soon as the fog is aitch maid It bee nose fairing two long And the eyes kin to never put rare the rite error Its lea wrong. Eye managed this poem it threw I am happy of your shore two steps Its letter perfect awl the weighing My chequer toll to sew me.
