Well looking at it with humour if our names were on a chat site they would think we were an odd bunch of people as their are some odd names around the site..
and i dont get junk e mails as aol filters them so thats good..
and its now 03.11 i must go back to sleep and their are 23 guests on the site they must either be from another country or people like me roaming around in the night.. :D

5 hours sleep!!!You lucky thing.I am exhausted when I get up in the morning. My O/H insists on sleeping in a cold bedroom because he is covered in hair and gets hot,and then me with my hot flushes I am climbing in and out of the covers all night, then I have a wet moggy who insists in climbing all over me purring.I haven't had a decent nights sleep in years

I love sleeping in cold bedrooms with the windows open my other half likes the windows shut and wrapped up well..I have turned the radiator off in the bedroom and sneak the window open..Try drinking sage tea that should rid you of hot flushes..The dog sleeps in with us he likes it cool as well..we love it when he is on nights as we have the fan running as well..my other half sometimes pulls a jumper over his pyjamas as he reckons i am freezing him to death... :D

You do need less sleep as you grow older, but I have found my sleep pattern has changed also. Can't remember when I last had 8 hours uninterrupted sleep. My pattern is now something like - Sleep from midnight to 3 am, awake until 4, then sleep until 6. Then if I'm at home, sleep from 2 until 3 in the afternoon

I can't sleep at all if I'm too warm. Never wear pajamas or heavy bed covers even in the winter. Central heating goes off at night and pets sleep elsewhere. Hot summer nights see me awake and then I'm lucky to get 3 hours sleep.

Hornbeam. How do you wear heavy bed covers? The mind boggles [IMG]

Our cats are supposed to sleep elsewhere, but Willow jumps up and presses on the lever door handle,so can open the door of the bedroom

I'm losing the plot on this thread and don't understand rosa's comments about hiding from new members

As for nooky - a bloke doesn't know anything about it until he reaches 50 - then it just gets better and better and lasts longer and longer

Better drop this thread before the moderators get too excited.
