Here's a few Albertine blooms my wife cut this morning and put in a small vase. The one on the side of the garage is producing so many I didn't notice she'd cut a few.

Hi, I'm new to the site (and not very computer literate) and new to growing roses, I'm looking to get 2 scented climbing roses for a south wall, I've just read your post and think I will look for a dublin bay, but I would also like a yellow one, if anyone could suggest one I would be grateful.
    thanks

The most fragrant yellow climber I have come across is Maigold, it has a really strong perfume, I have this one but it is very thorny.

    Good evening wiseoldowl

My GT wants to become a climber again. I pruned it to 2 feet in the spring but in the past few weeks it has sent out a basal which is already up to 8 feet.
