Rosa.I never thought of Diamonds as in Rocks.We Northamptonians do speak funny as in "Up the Front"means going to Kingsthorpe for shopping,and "Down the Toon",meaning going into town for shopping,all right me duck :D :D

I will have to take some pics for you Rosa and send them to you of all our snow that we get here, some years we are up to the top of the stop signs!!!!

Don't talk to me about snow Penny,My favorite.I could roll around in it forever.I have always wanted to go up to Lapland,or wherever to stay in the Ice Hotel,and also to ride on a horse drawn sleigh,with a nice furry rug to snuggle into...Well a girl can dream

 

We are off to Lapland this coming December to take the children to see Father Christmas.

I can't wait.

 

We get so much snow here that on Friday nights downtown, they have sleigh rides around town, when my one daughter was younger, we went to a local farm and did the sleigh ride for her birthday party.

I dont know your winters but ours on an average day, the temps drop to -20, so bring your wooly underwear!!!

Always meant to go to Canada, might see if we can take a little skiing trip soon.

I have dropped in on business but never for any extended time, always just for a day or two.
