I just got some of this from my mums garden and I dont know what it is. I just know it has beautiful lilac/blue flowers, deep lustrous green leaves and is a creeping climbing sort of plant.

Does anyone know what it is??

It's a periwinkle 'vinca' is the latin name could be major or minor. It's a brilliant plant for promblem spots but it can be a bit invasive. Where the shoots touch the ground they grow roots so you end up with millions of plants. Cutting it back hard every now and then seems to keep it in check.

The second one is Berberis, probably B.darwinii.

I agree the second one is a berberis, the first is a plant I know, it tends to self sow around here, those bronze leaves, I believe, turn dark green later and very shiny.
It has pinkish flowers and red berries.
Could be totally wrong, but I think its a cotoneaster of some kind.

    Cotoneaster Bullatus maybe?
Looks rather like the leaves on mine.
