low volume...?

go to "sound effect manager" in the "control panel" find "equalizer" and then "vocal" and turn up everything what you see...
may be you know already...


PS I just found out that the computer bug (my younger one) has been fiddling with the volume itself: that is in a different department...oh deeear...

Having "sound effect manager" in your control panel will depend on which sound card you have in your PC. I dont have that for instance.
