violation invasion

Have a go PCM, we're all head banging, have a read through if you haven't already, see if you can find where we went wrong.

 

downloaded it again and it is now working as i say it is this drive cleaner thing but cant find it on my add remove progs cos if i could i would remove it.

 

It's probably hiding itself in the start up which means knowing your way round in there else you could remove the wrong thing.

 

okay first thing you need to do is swith off the system restore option.

go to.......start>programs>accessories>system tools.....> system restore.

click on system restore settings on left column.

tick the box that says....turn off system restore.

( what people need to remember is when a virus or spyware gets onto a computer the system restore will remember this.....it will take a snapshot of it and hide it)

close all windows that are open.

If you have spybot search and destroy, then update and run....also do the same with Adaware.

Make sure you remove any tool bars in the Add Remove facility in your control panel....I also noticed that you play a lot of online games, your desktop icons tell me this.....this is probably the cause of your problems.....also do a full virus scan....add a program called popupstopper from this address... popupstopper www.popupstopper.com

please let me know what happens after this.

once done then go back to system restore and untick the box that you ticked regarding switching off system restore.

 

just a short note:

We will soon have a technical call centre where you can talk direct to me for a charge per minute.

this way you will get you computer fixed instead of scratching your head and getting upset with it

Did what you said about system restore and i also got rid of all the games off here loads of space now but hey guess what it is still on i will post pic of what it is if i can cos cant find it in programes anywhere it is next to icons next to clock but wont let me delete it.

 

we i have just made a liar of myself it seems to have disapeared for now but if it comes back on after i switch of will let you know. thanks for all the help with this guys
