no avatar or gremlins

rosa here on jazzs computer, I cant get an avatar up for jazz and also cannot use the gremlins. what could be the problem, will be here at jazz,s for a short while.

Hi rosa on jazz's computer ... I don't know what's wrong with the avatar bit, but go back into jazz's profile, then edit profile and scroll down to almost the bottom (second or third from bottom, I think) and make sure you've not ticked the box Disable Graemlins.

 

hi lol, I have just logged into gc back home, had jazz on the phone, bless her heart she is in a pickle. She got the avatars up in edit preferences and she still could not get the avatar,
I had checked and the box disable gremlins is not ticked.
She seems to have pop-ups and i think this may be the problem, could you advise iff this is the case could it stop her from getting an avatar or posting the gremlins, its difficult for me now as i am back home.

cough cough...worked for me first time

 

(Graemlins) she needs to hold down the CTRL key on the keyboard.........her popup stopper is not allowing it to come through.

CTRL..bottom left of keyboard.

 

got it pc medic, jazz is just logging in now to gc, and is going to try thr gremlins i see she has an avatar on. i am getting her to scroll down to here.

Hi PC Medic have done what you said and above is what I am getting when I click on the gremlins. In the bottom left hand on the screen it read error on page this has appeared just above the windows start. Can you advise please

 

Hi again when I sent the last message to you after pressing reply the gremlins have appeared to the right of the pink leaf Message for PCMedic thank you very much for your help p.s. the message saying error on page has disapeared too.

Hi Rosa It is only trouble again I got the gremlins on one of the replies to PCMedic but they did not show up when I sent yours.....Do you have to put gremlins in every time you correspond or do they come on automatically you have probably guessed this is little jazz

 

hi jazz, you have to keep putting them on they wont come on automatically, have another go
